About these terms

RemoteGeek Hub is an active content, tools, and lead-generation website operated from an Ireland / EU context. Features and copy may change as we learn. Feedback is welcome at hello@remotegeekhub.com. Using the free tools or submitting an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Informational content

Guides, checklists, prompts, case studies, and AI/technology-risk resources on RemoteGeek Hub are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, regulatory, audit, tax, investment, or professional advice.

AI tool outputs

Tools such as the AI MVP Idea Validator, AI SaaS Cost Calculator, and AI PRD Generator produce structured assessments, estimates, or templates using browser-side logic. They do not call OpenAI (or similar LLM APIs) for those core results. Outputs may still be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for decisions you make using them.

• The Idea Validator does not guarantee commercial success, market demand, or technical feasibility.
• Cost estimates depend on configurable pricing assumptions and must be verified against current vendor pricing and your real usage.
• Generated PRDs and prompts are starting points, not production-ready specifications or warranties of correctness.

AI & technology risk content

Risk, governance, IAM, vendor, and DORA-related materials are high-level educational resources. They do not constitute compliance certification, audit readiness, or regulatory interpretation. Do not treat them as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Service enquiries

Submitting a project enquiry does not create a client engagement. Any paid work is subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, and deliverables. The website does not display public service prices.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original materials are owned by RemoteGeek Hub or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use freely provided tools and prompts for your own projects, but you may not scrape, resell, or republish substantial portions of the site as a competing product without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

• Submitting spam, malware, or abusive content
• Attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the services unfairly
• Using the site to violate applicable law
• Uploading confidential third-party data you are not allowed to share

External services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (hosting, form delivery, analytics, and AI model vendors referenced in content). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RemoteGeek Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on free tools/content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
